Refund policy

Returns / Exchanges

Due to the nature of our food items, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges for safety reasons. All sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us at info-intl@harada-tea.co.jp within 7days after arrival.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Cancelling an order

If you wish to cancel an order, contact us immediately at info-intl@harada-tea.co.jp. However, orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.
