Allow us to introduce a simple recipe for matcha raw chocolate.
Use fresh cream for a raw chocolate taste. By adjusting the amount of matcha, you can create a more refined taste, but be careful not to use too much!
Matcha Raw Chocolate:
White chocolate, 200g
Fresh cream, 100g
Matcha, 10g (adjust to taste)
1. In a small pot, add matcha and slowly add cream and allow matcha to dissolve.
2. Put (1) on a low heat, and slowly add chocolate broken into small pieces.
3. Pour the mixture into a tray covered in wax paper, and refrigerate for 1 hour.
4. Break into pieces, and sprinkle lightly with matcha.
